Shipping policy

A. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUTOFF

  • Transit time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Order cutoff: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York)
  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

C. DELIVERY CARRIERS

We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx for delivery.

D. ADDRESS CHANGES

Cannot change delivery address once order is in transit. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering at support@goseiapparel.com to request changes.

E. CANCELLATIONS

Cancel orders before dispatch. If dispatched, refer to our refund policy.

F. DAMAGED PARCELS

  • Reject damaged parcels from the courier and contact customer service.
  • If delivered unattended, contact us for next steps.

G. MANUFACTURER DIRECT SHIPPING

  1. Shipping Method: Standard economy ground services via manufacturer-chosen carriers.
  2. Processing: 1–2 business days (possible delays due to manufacturer coordination).
  3. Transit Times: 1–5 business days (varies by manufacturer location and destination).
  4. Tracking: Email with tracking info sent after dispatch.
  5. Updates: Prompt notifications for any delays or issues.

H. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

This policy applies to USA orders. International orders may incur additional duties, taxes, and fees, for which customers are responsible.
